I found that I was listened to and my concerns were addressed the exercises suggested helped with regaining more normal movement of my knee and help to progress to walking without pain and only needing a stick on longer distances. I found the therapist to be friendly and helpful.

The exercises I have been given have improved my walking and I feel more confident when out walking alone. I also feel that the muscles in my lower body and legs are stronger. I have benefited from coming to these sessions of physiotherapy.
